Mission of function

- Support Production Manager with the organization and controlling of the logistics activities of the area of responsibility with the objective of achieving cost benefits, delivery reliability and customer satisfaction through the best possible logisticts service

Contacts (internal / external)

- Report to Production Manager

- Internal contact with production, procurement, project management, QA, commercial department

- External contact with subsupplier, customs agency

Task

1. Application management at the customs and the efficient customs clearance

2. responsible for optimizing logistics process, goods delivery controlling

3. responsible for suppliers' contracts management

4. administrative management of employees in Logistics Department?

5. support service and project execution

6. storage management and monitoring, cost optimizing

Knowledge

1. Application at the customs and customs clearance

2. Logistics management

3. Suppliers management

4. Ms Office Software

5. Good English skills

6. Personnel organization and coordination

Experience

1. Experience in personnel organization and coordination, good communication with international suppliers

2. Experience in applying at the customs and customs clearance is preferred.

Education and Language

1. Major in Logistics Managemenrt, Storage Management or relevant majors.

2. Good English skills
