Mission of function

- The employee with a broad experience abaout Lean Production will be responsible to implement the Lean Production methodology into SITH operation. He/She has to train our staff to increase the understanding and promote Lean Thinking.

Contacts (internal / external)

- Major contacts are internal mostly within the Production Department but also with contacts to the SITH Management Team for the introduction/training of Lean Principles. External contacts to Corporate departments like CT and other Siemens factories in China and abroad are planned.

Task

1.Methodical Support to implement Lean Production in SITH

2. Develop standardized workplaces in Production

3. Analyse Production processes and perform Value Stream Mapping(VSM)

4. Optimize factory layout

5.Get trained and start implementation of Siemens Production System(SPS)

6.Implement KANBAN storage and optimized material handling and flow in the supply chain.

Knowledge

1. Lean Expert with at least 3-5 years experience

2.In-depth understanding of "Lean Tools"

3. Ability to execute improvement projects

Experience

1. Professional: 3-5 years Lean Production experience favorable gained in a international company.

2. Project/Process: Expert in Lean Production with the know how of Industrial Engineering to plan optimized production workplaces in a "lean way" to reduce waste in processes, optimize cycle times and shorten non-value-add times of material

3. Leadership: Being the leader of the Lean Production Office after certain time when the team is growing

4.Intercultual: Collaboration with other Siemens factories to exchange and increase the knowledge how about the Siemens Production System
