Mission of function

- 工艺流程编制与优化、工装设计、专用工具的设计与选择、机器的适用性与优化选择，机器工时的核算，并能解决施工现场出现的技术问题

- Prepare and optimize MP process, design fixture, design and select special tools, check applicability and optimize machineries, calculate machine-hours, solve on-site technical problems.

Task

- 负责工艺流程编制与优化,合理选用生产设备。

- Responsible for the preparation and optimizaion of MP process, and selecting production equipment reasonably.

- 设计或选择相关的工装夹具、工位器具、工具及其他与生产工艺相关的工艺装备，

- 确保设备和工装符合安全、人机工程和质量的要求。

- Design and select relevant clamping fixture, tools and other MP relevant equipment. Make sure all the equipment and fixtures are appropriate in terms of safety, ergonomics and quality requirement.

- 核算制定工时定额和人员需求。

- Examine and calculate standard working hours and required staff

- 能独立处理施工现场出现的技术问题

- Solve the on-site technical problems independently

Knowledge

- 有一定的机械制造专业技术 have a fundamental skill of mechanical manufacturing.

- 熟练使用 Use Excel/word/Auto CAD skillfully

- 英语能力可读写 English skill: reading and writing

- 本科或以上教育背景 Education background: Bachelor or above

Experience

- 机械制造专业：工艺及设备、工业工程，了解与机械加工相关专业铸造、锻造、焊接、无损探伤的基础知识

- Mechanical manufacturing: MP and equipment, Industrial engineering, with machanical maching relevant basic knowledge of casting, forging, welding and NDT.

- 熟悉产品的结构，订单的生产流程，工位的布局

- 工艺流程的正确认识，工装刀具的设计基础，材料性能的掌握

- 独立思考与处理问题的能力

- Be familiar with product structure, production process of orders, lay out of working position.

- Acknowledge of MP process, Design basis of fixtures and toolings, Master of material properties.

- Independent thinking and solving problems

Education and Language

- 英语能力可读写 English skill: reading and writing

- 本科或以上教育背景 Education background: Bachelor or above
