Job Overview:

Provide the best products and service to the customers by leading and managing mall staff. Deliver the people promises and coach the team to optimize mall working procedures and mall promotion activities to maximize mall profits and optimize service standard.

Constantly work to improve capability to deliver every little helps for customers, staff and operations.

领导并管理购物中心的所有日常营运事宜，以最大程度保障商品及服务质量。在管理人和具体工作及操作流程的过程中致力于稳定的产出和服务质量，同时还负责商场各类促销活动，为顾客提供尊享购物体验。

Detailed Job Description:

• Overall manage the mall to gain good reputation in the local market.

购物中心全面管理，使商场在当地社会赢得声誉。

• Tenant management, including but not limited on rent collection, tenants’ dispute management, etc.

租户管理。包括但不限于收取租金，处理租赁纠纷等。

• Making yearly plan for the mall and providing useful suggestions to the headquarters.

做年度规划，并对公司决策提出建议。

• Managing the outsourcing team and agencies.

管理商场的外包人员和代理。

• Planning mall promotion activities.

规划商场促销方案。

• Meet the legal requirements of different local authorities.

顺利通过各种审查审计关。

• Managing and coaching the mall management team.

管理和指导员工工作，指导和培养团队以提高职业素养。

Skills/Experience Required:

• Out-standing mall management skills with 5-8 years experience.

5到8年杰出的购物中心管理经验。

• Rich experience on marketing, promotion and leasing.

丰富的市场推广、促销及租赁经验。

• Excellent property, finance, and people skills.

优秀的物业管理、财务管理、人力资源管理技能。

• Approachable and have open door policy with their staff, like to ask for feedbacks.

平易近人，愿意与员工沟通，听取意见。

• Believe in succession planning and practice it.
