Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Major duties you may perform include but are not limited to the following,

• Manage process to identify contract timelines and specific events in contracts and flag out key timelines and events.
• Coordinate internal cross-function communication on lease approval process.
• Track tenants and Project Company’s permits and licenses and renewal.
• Ensure the effective contract filling system with mall, and deliver the effective contract to tenants.
• Scan and filling Project Company’s contracts & license.
• License and original documents lending register.
• Provide accurate information of contract and license.
  

Job Requirements:

• University degree in PRC Law preferred
• 1+ year administration, finance, paralegal experience
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent attention to details neat
  
  

工作职责：

主要工作职责包括但不限于：

• 进行租约流程管理，明确合同流程时间和合同具体事宜，标记重要时间点及时间。
• 租赁合同审批流程中协调内部各职能部门的交流沟通。
• 跟踪租户及项目公司各项许可证/执照的提交及更新。
• 确保公司总部及各购物中心团队租赁合同归档工作及时、完整，确保向租户收发租赁合同准确无误。
• 扫描存档项目公司合同及证照。
• 证照及原件的出借登记。
• 提供准确的合同及证照信息。
  
  

职位要求：

• 大学本科以上学历法律专业优先
• 一年以上行政，财务，律师助理等相关经验
• 良好的交流沟通能力
• 良好的中、英文沟通和表达能力
• 精通MS Office 软件
• 能在压力下高效地开展工作
• 良好的团队协作能力
• 工作认真细致，关注细节
