Introduction:
-Be responsible for procurement activities of Marcom Event & Fairs, Customer Travel or Printing services for Mobility Services in Procurement and Logistics, Pooling Categories in Siemens Ltd., China.
What are my responsibilities?
-Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Input & execution / roll-out of material field strategies;
-Procurement performance including individual demand clarification, sourcing and negotiation; supplier selection and contract to achieve the maximum saving and best buy results;
-Local supplier and stakeholder management includes monitor the daily performance of preferred suppliers, provide related information to commodity manager and feedback to supplier for service improvement;
-Implement customer complaint management process to achieve better customer satisfaction;
-Implement the correct purchasing processes and ensure procurement compliance
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-At least 3 years experience as buyer in Marcom Event & Fairs, Customer Travel or Printing services area
-Procurement knowhow of process, contracting, negotiation, supplier management
-Customer focus with result and quality orientation
-Good communication and analysis skills
-Fluent English both in speaking and writing
