-For our Energy Sector in HULUDAO,we are looking for a Industrial Engineer工业工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Analyze current situation via follow running project , set-up efficiency evaluation system;

- 跟踪现有订单，分析目前问题，建立效率评估体系;

2. Close the gap between actual statement and ideal target ,accomplish improvement project and events in workshop;

- 通过在车间推行项目或课题，关闭现状态和目标之间的差距Provide suggestion for future construction,

3. Describe VSM(value stream mapping) concept i,e. new material flow and information flow;

- 为扩建项目提供建议，提供价值流设计，包含物流和信息流；

4. Lean production or activities in order to establish modern manufacturing awareness.

- 执行精益生产或其他活动以建立现代生产意识。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Have three to five years experience in production line mapping and optimizing.

- 工业工程专业，在工厂有3-5年的生产线布局和优化改进经验。

What else do I need to know?

- Bachelor or above 大学本科或以上

- IE or other technical subject background.

- 工业工程或其他相关技术背景

- Be familiar with ST (time study), LOB(balance of line) project;

- 熟悉时间研究和线平衡设计；

- Can follow efficiency system and provide base data to investment plan;

- 跟踪效率体系并且为投资提供依据数据；

- Conduct process design and layout design with colleagues;

- 和部门内其他成员推行新工艺和布局改善；

- Focus on critical characters of product and supply proposal to solve bottleneck and implement lean control in site floor. 关注产品关键特性，为解决瓶颈问题提供建议，在现场推行精益改善。
