-For our Energy Sector in HULUDAO,we are looking for a Receiving Management 收货管理员.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Make receiving plan and preparation after informed goods arrival information

- 接货前期计划安排及准备工作

2.Cooperate with transportation vendor for unloading management,know well about the transported goods to make sure it in good condition, if any packaging boxes or goods damage,take pictures as evidence to Purchasing for further handling

- 配合运输供应商卸货管理；了解对方送的货物，确保货物完好；如包装损坏/物料损坏进行拍照，作为损坏依据反应给采购部做下一步处理

3. Unload packaging boxes to appointed storing area,disassemble boxes and separate goods by types and specification

- 在货物卸车后，规划指定的接收区，指导卸货员拆开包装/按型号/规格分开并摆放整齐

4. Make receiving record and cooperate with storekeeper for receiving goods and storing software

- 做好接收记录，并协调好同库管员的接收及所有箱单和软件保存，做到准确无误

5. Abide by the company's EHS regulation

- 遵守公司EHS规定。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Two years experience about goods receiving in manufactory; More experience for solving problem. Familiar with goods receiving work process.

-2年以上的生产加工领域收货经验，解决问题的经验，熟知收货工作流程。

What else do I need to know?

- good communication skill 良好的沟通技巧

- fast learning capability 快速学习的能力
