-Job Title: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
-From Energy China SCM dept., we are looking to recruit an experienced senior supplier quality engineer. This role will be responsible for the supplier quality management of global value sourcing suppliers with commodity porcelain and others.
What are my responsibilities?
-Support supplier pre-assessment (QMS: Quality Management System) to make sure supplier's QMS compliance with ISO9001 requirements
-Support the annual supplier audit program (CR & Process: Corporate Responsibility & Production Process) to make sure supplier's CR & Process compliance with Siemens CoC and product specifications, support the effectiveness of supplier quality audits and measures
-Support the BQ and MSA qualification, support supplier quality performance evaluation, classification and development in C4S and ASD, prodcut trial run and product process qualification
-Be responsible for on-site quality monitoring, product release inspection, LAR, product delivery and expediting
-Support an effective supplier caused NCR Management and respective Claim-Management, support supplier caused NCC negotiations with suppliers
-Plan, initiate and steer sustainable, efficient preventive and corrective measures and/or quality assurance measures (i.e. EN Quality Gates) for all products and services of suppliers in order to meet the quality requirements of our customers as well as an active supplier qualification
-Support that in cases of SQM target deviations appropriate improvement actions are initiated
-Support supplier from technical aspects strongly to continuously improve product quality and their deliveries performance.
-Support the quality relevant contract signature with GVS suppliers
-Collect, report and evaluate all quality relevant information about suppliers and purchased parts (supplier quality related key performance indicators (KPI's)) in order to obtain reliable forecasts (product quality, quality costs, logistics performance) and to be able to determine appropriate corrective measures and preventive measures
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Proven working experience on commodity porcelain/insulator or relevance process engineering or supply chain management with professional expertise, qualified product knowledge
-Professional on quality management, ability to analyze, problem solving, preventive and continuous improvement including supplier auditing
-In-depth knowledge of materials and QMS standards
-Fluent in English (both written/spoken)
-Bachelor or above in Engineering, Material Science or equivalence
-Above 5 years relevant working experience
-Good communication skills
