-For our Energy Sector in HULUDAO,we are looking for a Project Planner项目计划员.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Creation of project baseline schedule for bid or sales team

2. Creation of project baseline schedule and resource plan with PM after PM80 with the input of other department

3.Tracking and update current progress status and deviation compared with baseline in time when other department information update happened,eg. Documents delivery and material arrrival time requested by P.R in SAP, Manf status via close communication.

4. Impementation and expediting of measurement and control vavle for the project deadlines.

5. Attending production daily morning and weekly review meeting to update the status of Manufacturing in planning and feedback to PM.

6. Detect delay early and identify their causes and consequences as well as introduce countermeasures to PM

7. Draw up scenarios as a basis for project management decision making.

8.Biweekly report to PM for current schedule status, delay risk(including critical path) and root cause analysis

9. create and update specific reports , eg. Milestone trend analysis, customer progress report as defined and checked by PM.

10. PM support. Eg. Customer reception, translation, PM meeting organization, Memo, project coordination, etc. and line manager's special assignment.

11. Abide by EHS regulations

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Fluent English

-Bachelor degree or above

-Major in Mechanics is preferred

What else do I need to know?

-Ms project

-Ms office software

-Presentation skill/Good communication,willingness to learn and improve
