- For our Energy Sector in HULUDAO,we are looking for a Order Manager订单经理 .

What are my responsibilities?

- Track, coordinate and control the work with regard to project schedule between relevant departments.

跟踪、协调并控制相关部门在项目进度上的工作

- Responsible to confirm the rough production plan in project schedule; update it accordingly during order execution.

负责确认项目计划中的初版生产计划，并更新生产计划Update production order confirmation sheet and organize weekly production meeting

更新生产订单确认单，并组织每周生产会

- Run MRP and evaluate MRP result

运行MRP，并对MRP结果评估

- Observe material delivery staus closely, to ensure material avaibility when release productin order.

着重查看物料到货情况，确保生产订单释放时物料可用

- Create & release production order in SAP properly.

在SAP中合理的创建并释放生产订单

- Abide by the company's EHS regulation

遵守公司EHS管理规定"

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- University education in Engineering or Science

大学学历，工程或理科专业

- Be familiar with MS-Office and other office software

熟练使用办公软件及其他软件

MRP/ERP 系统专业知识，特别是SAP-PP模块

- Knowledge in MRP/ERP system,special for SAP-PP is required

良好的沟通技巧及任务导向

- Strong communication skills and task orientation

至少3年机械加工领域工作经验

- At least 3 years experience in mechanical field

What else do I need to know?

- at least 3 years experience as production scheduler or related position

至少3年生产计划或相关职位的工作经验
