-For our Energy Sector in HULUDAO, we are looking for a Financial Analyst财务分析员.

What are my responsibilities?

-Implementation of the planning and controlling of the responsible cost centers with the agreement from manufacturing managers

-与生产经理达成一致后对所负责的费用中心的计划及控制的执行

-Forecast of production load, headcounts etc.

-生产负荷及人头的预算等

-Reason analysis, risk management and development of measures for deviation

-原因分析，风险管理及差异原因分析

-Product costing, including cost calculation for factory sales project

-产品成本包括为生产销售项目的成本计算

-Analysis and reduction of S&R and NCC

-分析、降低报废返工和不良品

-Capex controlling 固定资产控制

-Support to Coorperate Controlling/CPM for planning, controlling, extended forecast, etc.

-为控制/商务团队提供计划、控制、滚动预算等方面的支持

-PUMA project-cost saving calculation and implementation

-PUMA项目-成本节约的计算和执行

-Make and Buy calculation 自产和外协费用的计算

-Other tasks assgined by Management 管理层分配的其他任务Abide by the company's EHS regulation

-遵守公司EHS管理规定"

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-at least 3 years professional working experience in commercial fields

-商务领域至少3年的专业工作经历

-at least 2 years manufacturing controlling experience

-至少2年的生产成本控制经验

-experience of international culture

-国际文化的经历

What else do I need to know?

-Bachelor or above in Finance/Accounting/Manufacturing ;Familiar with SAP;Fluent oral and written English

-本科或本科以上学历，财务/金融/制造专业

-熟悉SAP系统

-流利的英语口语及书写能力
