Responsibilities:

1 Ensure proper and reliable function of the Manufacturing equipment(Conventional and CNC-machines)and the Electrical power supply infrastructure of Production保证生产设备（传统和数控车床）以及供电设施功能完备、正常运作

2 Planning and project management for the installation of production equipment生产设备安装计划和项目管理

3 Manage and maintain mandatory inspections stipulated in government regulations负责当地法律规定的各项设备检测工作

4 Provide support in purchasing activities for new equipment为购进新设备提供支持

5 Ensure that factory equipment is always safe and eliminate dangerous situations immediately确保工厂设备安全，如有安全隐患立即消除。

6 Develop maintenance concept based on Lean Production with using TPM, implement and guide maintenance crew, administrate spare part stock使用TPM（全员生产维护管理方式）并基于精义生产来开发维护理念，为团队成员提供指导，管理备件库

7 Measure the availability of the production equipment, report monthly to Maintenance Manager and equipment vendor. Develop measures to improve the availability and overall equipment efficiency(OEE),implement and track Maintenance KPI's每月向部门经理和设备供应商汇报生产设备的可用性。采取措施改进设备的可用性和效率，执行和跟踪团队年度目标完成情况。

8 Abide by the company's EHS regulation遵守公司的各项EHS规定。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-5 years on-site experience in a maintenance department of a production plant which is using CNC-machines and in planning of installation and commissioning for production equipment, especially CNC-machines有在机械制造业工厂的设备维护部门5年现场工作经验,要求该工厂使用数控机床以及计划安装调试生产设备

-Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering preferable on CNC Machine Tools

-本科学历,机械工程专业,最好是数控加工设备方面

-Good experience with the successful coordination and execution of multi-projects

-拥有多个项目的成功协调和执行经验

-Preferably work experience with foreign experts in English language

-有与外国专家合作经验优先

-Familiar with regulations, standards and procedures (safety, environment)

-熟悉相关法律法规,标准和程序( 安全,环境)

-Good knowledge about machine and building drawings (CAD)

-了解设备和制图(CAD)

-Very good English Skills良好的英语沟通能力

-Experienced in Microsoft software package熟悉办公软件使用

-Planning and controlling of maintenance budgets维护预算的计划和控制
