工作目标

Identify All losses in plant for further attacking, support Plant Manager to Control all WCM site activities in each pillar with pillar owner and line managers to achieve cost reduction and reduce waste, to realize final strategy (excellence), lowest cost and maximum benefit through WCM lecture & local people training.

岗位职责

1> Identify the losses and major losses by data analysis regularly, responsible for CR pillar updating

2> support Plant Manager to update WCM projects progress of each Pillar to achieve saving planning

3> Lead key WCM projects to attack the losses

4> Ensure basic tools correct using to solve small problems by training and coaching for employees

5> maintain the basic tools’ systems and keep them on control in each department and Pillar

6> WCM performance report

任职资格：

Relevant experience, knowledge and skills相关经验、知识和技能

1> 8 years working experience in manufacture in MNC

2> 3 years management experience

3> 2 years experience in projects leading and managing, or 3 years in production management or maintenance management

4> Strong technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical or related technology

5> Know about one of WCM, TPM, IE, Lean Production and Six Sigma and related knowledge minimum

6> Strong planning and problem solving skills

7> Know about office software such as Excel, word, powerpoint etc.

8> Know about ERP or related systems

9> Better for knowing about ISO system

Fluent both in oral and written English
