- For our Energy Sector in HULUDAO, we are looking for a PPM项目采购经理.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Coordinate buyers to finish the procurement tasks for compressor projects on timely PR handling, PO placement, expediting and so on.

2. Plan the project procurement for compressors, coordinate buyers to purchase materials in line with the project schedule and the project budget, work as the interface with Order Management, Project Management, Production and other related functions.

- Handle project procurement reporting, lesson-learnt and procurement performance improvement initiatives.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Advanced knowledge for procurement method, process and tools

2. Basic knowledge for mechanical equipments and parts

3. Basic commercial knowledge

4. Advanced project management knowledge and skill

What else do I need to know?

1. At least three years' work experience of procurement related jobs

2. More than 2 years in project business environment

3. Working experience in a multinational company is preferred.
