- For our Energy Sector in HULUDAO,we are looking for a Buyer采购员.
What are my responsibilities?
1. work for SITH purchasing department as a buyer for direct materials
2. Handle the purchase of the assigned materials including PR clarification, RFQ, negotiation, supplier seletion, contracting, order placement, delivery expediting and claim management, achieve the maximum saving and best-buy results
3. Monitor the supplier performance on quality and delivery and take measures to improve the performance of suppliers
4. scout and qualify suppliers for non-commodity materials
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Knowledge for procurement method, process and tools
2. Knowledge for mechanical equipments and parts
3. Commercial knowledge
4. Negotiation skill
5. English skill
6. Communication skill
What else do I need to know?
- at least two years work experience of direct material procurement
