- For our Energy Sector in HULUDAO,we are looking for a Senior Buyer高级采购员.

What are my responsibilities?

- to ensure all the components be purchased/deliveried on time with good quality within budget requirements, execute supplier management. Perform China sourcing tasks for a group of commodity field, especially for EOPC business.

1.Providing cost and lead times to project procurement manager or marketing & sales with responsibility to ensure accurate and reliable proposal cost for the contracted share.

2.Preparing and conducting cnotract and price negotiations for medium to large volumes to cntribute to the profitability of the company

3.Defining of procurement strategies to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of materials, for strategic material support KCM and lead buyers if necessary

4.Implementing alternative procurement sources to minimize stock replacement times, inventory levels and costs. For strategic material support KCM and lead buyers if necessary.

5.Maintain regular contracts with interface partners to recognize development times, inventory levels and costs. For strategic material support KCM and lead buyers if necessary

6.Monitoring the national and international market to bring new suppliers, product derivatives, and product innovations into the purchasing portfolio. For strategic material support KCM and lead buyers if necessary.

7.Producing price forecasts and internal figures to supply basic data for corporate planning (costing data) and reporting

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. At least 5 years procurement related working experience as well as cross-functional experience

What else do I need to know?

- Capability to work in multiculture environement, preferably demonstrated in assignments abroad
