- For our Energy Sector in HULUDAO,we are looking for a Heat Treatment Engineer热处理工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

- Prepare and develop heat treatment Procedures for all heat treatment components ;Educate and train heat treatment operator,direct the practical performance of the operator ;Solve problems arisen during heat treatment ;HT equipments maintence;Compile heat treatment quality control system document ,such as process description and work instruction;Finish internal heat treatment reports or records and confirm the HT quality;

- Audit and confirm outsourced HT report ;Keep Close contact to engineering regarding to heat treatmnet and material issues.

准备所有需要做热处理零件的热处理工作；培训热处理操作工，并提供操作指导；解决热处理过程中出现的问题；热处理设备维护；热处理质量控制系统文件的存档管理，比如流程描述和工作指导书；完成内部热处理报告或记录确认热处理质量；审核外协热处理报告；关于热处理和材料问题与工程部保持紧密沟通。

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Excel skill,quick typing;Excellent material and HT knowledge;English level 4 or above;Autocad

- Good communication skills
