职位描述

Objectives:
Manage professionally all tasks related to product management of specific products in the Swine portfolio and develop and sustain an e-marketing platform for AH China.

Tasks:
To manage the product portfolio of Ingelvac CircoFLEX and Ingelvac MycoFLEX in the Swine marketing team.
The creation, implementation and execution of marketing-related e-media communication vehicles (intranet, internet, social media) related to promoting Company Material Science’s products and services; incorporating product stories, brand positioning and company objectives reflected in product-related communications in Greater China region.
Develop and execute in very close cooperation with the Global Marketing Unit / Business Unit the general concept / messaging and write creative briefs for products in the Swine portfolio with a focus on CircoFLEX and MycoFLEX.
Responsible for providing strategic direction and life cycle management for several of BI AH China brands with focus on CircoFLEX and MycoFLEX.
Implementing effective veterinary and customer-oriented marketing programs that drive product demand and ensure growth and profitability targets.
Annual budgeting, forecasting and execution of strategic plans for focus products and e-media.
Prepare relevant input for Business reviews, annual discussion, and annual and half year sales meetings.
Participate in marketing, sales and technical training national, regional and international.
Integrate customer insights and collaborate with external agency partners to develop innovative solutions that resonate with customers and drive product demand.
Allocating resources between brands to optimize marketing mix, manages promotional spending.
Effectively delivers marketing programs, including the execution and tracking of promotions to the customer.
Initiate customer related scientific conferences and training events both domestic and international. This is cooperation with the Event organizer in the AH team China and BI OPUs or Global Marketing AH colleagues.
Work with supply chain to manage the product forecasting process, anticipate business risks and develop contingency plans to ensure product supply.
Adept at creating strong internal business relationships and cultivating business partnerships with key stakeholders to improve business performance.

Master Degree or above, major in Marketing / Business Administration, Business Communications / Administration, Veterinary Medicine.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a business to business environment / communications / product management area.
Experienced and skilled in developing and running e-media platforms such as intranet, internet and social media
Solid business acumen and working knowledge of the animal health industry.
Experienced with strategic brand planning that generates breakthrough marketing programs and effective sales support materials.
Demonstrated experience with external corporate communication and complex integrated marketing communications campaigns.
Strategic understanding of the communications/marketing/sales/product relationship.
Skilful in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures; formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and English including public speaking and written communication & excellent organizational skills
Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications required (MS Word, PowerPoint).
Creativity, persistence, boldness to develop innovative, customer focussed solutions
Ability to travel frequently.
