RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Describe important specific results that incumbent and subordinates are expected to achieve. Describe types of policies, "philosophy:, and procedures incumbent recommends or approves (indicate which). Give examples of goals, quotas, performance standards and other types of planning incumbent recommends or approves (indicate which). Describe activities which are executed, scheduled, co?ordinated, reviewed, approved, advised on or controlled (indicate which). Where appropriate, indicate frequency of duties ie, monthly, quarterly).

Business Management Activities:

Edit the training manuals, and update training materials

Conduct nutrition and product training for sales team independently

Develop training plan for all messaging training and drive training roll out at city level

Assist Sales Training & Effectiveness Manager to identify the training needs by joint call,communicate with city trainers, regional sales managers, sales supervisor and sales reps.

People Management Activities:

Coach City trainers

REQUIREMENTS:

A. Indicate minimum amount of formal education considered necessary:

Bachelor Degree and above.

B. Describe the nature and length of experience and know-how necessary to meet job problems and challenges.

1. Nutrition education background, at least 2 years field relevant experience on nutrition education

2. with field sales or marketing experience is preferred

Technical know-how:

1. Excellent presentation skill

2. Excellent communication skill

3. Fluent Mandarin with less local accent

4. Good English on reading

5. Good PC skill

Managerial skills:

organization and planning

Self management

Interpersonal skills:

good personality with open-minded, passion, team spirit, creative and innovative, a fast learner will be preferred
