About Animal Health Business

As the leading animal health company in China, we have extensive business coverage from the full value chain in R&D, production to sales; and a diversified product portfolio covering swine, poultry, pets, cattle vaccines and medicines. We set up the first, world-class AH R&D centre specialising in animal health products among MNCs in China with around EUR 12 million investments, and launched Asia’s leading animal vaccine production base in Taizhou, which will develop and manufacture high-quality swine vaccine products for China market.

Responsibilities:

• Expand avian business in dedicated areas by providing veterinary technical service to achieve the sales target and retain a high level and professional customer service.
• Execute the assigned commercial development projects. 
• In line with company requirements, provide information regarding the market, competitor activities and customer feedback on products and promotions, in a clear and timely manner.
• Cooperate with other team in Avian to manage & develop distributors.
• Strengthen the team work with the sales/tech staff in the field.
• Responsible for the application, management & maintenance of the equipment.
• Organize the farm seminar, ensure the effective use of meetings and attend exhibitions, events etc.
• Ensure a high level of communication and especially co-operation between other departments in Merial China.
• Be familiar with and apply all company regulations and policies in Health, Safety and environment.

Requirements:

• Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above
• Major: majoring in veterinary
• Language skills & proficiency: Good competence in written English and fluency in Mandarin
• Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): >5 years field experience in animal health or related industry
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Honest, Efficiency and Independence
