Responsibility

• 协助完成人力资源及行政相关工作
  Responsible for all HR & Admin supporting jobs under the supervision Acting as HR assistant in BJ office and execute relative HR jobs.
• 维护相关文档
  Maintain the HR documents.
• 协助完成人力资源相关手续流程
  Help to organize employee activities
• 提供相关数据支持
  Provide monthly report
• 协助团队中其它相关工作。
  Assist in other relevant tasks within HR team.
  
  

Requirement

• 本科学历及以上，人力资源专业或英文专业优先
  Bachelor degree or above, majored in HR or English will be preferred
• 较熟练的英文听说读写能力
  Competent user of English
• 熟练使用Ms office
  knowledge MS OFFICE
• 一年工作经验及以上（含相关实习经验），有在外企工作者优先
  At least 1 year work experience (could be trainee experience), MNC experience will be preferred.
• 注重细节，工作认真负责，抗压性强
  Details-oriented, accountable and serious-minded, be able to work under pressure.
• 具有良好的团队合作能力，较强的沟通能力
  Great team worker who possessing strong communication skill.
