Duties & Responsibilities:
?Cooperate with other colleague to check orders from customers for Pets and Cattle products and issue its delivery statement in line with the sales management procedure.
?Manage the Tax invoice and prepare and submit weekly/monthly products reports and other requested statistics.
?Arrange properly proudct transfer among sites and depots across China. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly products reports such as stock-outs, back order and other requested statistics. Filling all related documents.
?Work with other personnel in customer service department to handle the complaints and enquiries from customers in guaranteeing the best service to be provided before, during and after the sales.
?Answer and help clients to deal with the issues about e-Commerce.
?Maintain the customer master file align with the internal standard process.
?Ensure smooth supply for imported products for MITC through timely order placement, shipment clearance and collection follow-up.
 
Requirements:
?Ensure all AH field force SOP's are followed and provide guidance on SOPs to direct reports.
?Act at all times within the local pharmaceutical standards/ethics and ensure direct reports are compliant.
?Report all adverse events to the local PV within the required timelines. Follow all company procedures and processes with respect to Finance, HR, IT, etc.

Eligibility Requirements:
?Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and familiar with SAP system will be the addtional advantage.
?Good competence in spoken and written English with CET 4 or above and fluency in Mandarin.
