Description:
? Develop and deliver innovative technologies to support vaccine process development.
? Design, optimize and troubleshoot upstream processes and ensure scalability to production scale.
? Lead and drive innovation in areas such as but not limited to: Vaccine bio-processing, cell culture development, media optimization and cell adaptation.
? Engage hands on with laboratory activities, review & analyse experimental data and author study reports.
? Proactive in collaborations with cross-functional units and BI partners across all sites.

Duties & Responsibilities:
? Contribute to discovery, development and delivery of processes to achieve project and function milestones
? Execute experiments and supervise team members and/or junior professionals in upstream process development
? Accountability for delivering results according to project timeline with quality practices that strictly adheres to GSP and SOPs
? Interface with BI partners and cross-functional units, including but not limited to: Downstream Process Development, Research Teams and Taizhou Operations

Requirements:
? Doctorate degree (Ph. D) in/or related to Bio-pharmaceuticals
? 2-3 years biologic industrial experience
? Good English proficiency
? Strong microbial and/or mammalian cell culture-viral expertise
? Thorough understanding of upstream vaccine bio-processing
? High level of expertise in process and media optimization to improve product quality and yield
? Knowledge in process scale-up, scale-down and tech-transfer
? In-depth understanding of process analysis toolkit (PAT) and statistics, including design of experiment (DOE)
? Flexibility and the desire to work within a multidisciplinary team are required
? Experience with primary cell lines cultivation and egg embryonic cultures are highly desirable
? Experience of managing a scientific team is preferred
? Knowledge of GMP is a strong plus 举报 分享
