Description:
?In charge of the recruitment activities in North Region, BJ and other central functions located in BJ/ North region
?Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and pro-actively identify future hiring needs. ?Responsible for full-cycle recruiting from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees following company related SOP
?Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline
Duties & Responsibilities:
?Actively promote company’s Employer Branding to attract talent from market
?Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans, including
-conduct the hiring kick off meetings
-conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
-Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
-Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
-Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
-Post openings in various channels, including social platform
?Conduct screening / interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
?On board candidates and conduct new hires follow up to ensure candidates can perform
?Record recruitment data in required template in both Taleo system and share folders with quality and on time
?Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports on time with quality
?Provide Behavior based interview skills training to hiring managers to improve the hiring quality
Requirements:
?Bachelor degree, 6+ years working experiences in pharmaceutical industry; Experience in working in agency is a must
?Behavior based interview skill certified
?Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting a plus
?Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
?Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
?Effective oral and written communication skills
?General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
?Excellent interpersonal skills
?Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
?Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
?Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding
?Skills in database management and record keeping
?Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule
?Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
?Gather and analyze information skillfully
?Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions
