Duties:
? Schedule & implement the public training in China region for below industries and systems:
? Aquaculture
? Food
? Aerospace
? Automotive
? QMS
? EHS
? Develop and manage the relationship with strategy channels
? Collaborating with marketing division to deliver our professional training to our potential clients
? Working closely with customer service team and operations team to schedule and deliver the public training well
? Proficiently creating strategic plans to meet/exceed quota
? Meeting/exceeding the target for public training
? Managing sales forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
? Maintaining competitive knowledge and focus
Education/Professional Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in commercial, aviation, or food
? Education industry background or working experiences is preferred.
Experience Required
? 3+ years of proven consultative sales experience, preferably selling solutions and services in highly regulated industries
? Ability to consistently outperform sales quotas is expected; Achievement driven; Highly competitive
? Ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships
? Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into the business
? Excellent written and oral presentation skills in both Chinese and English
? Strong organizational skills to navigate inter-departmental resources and coordinate across SAI Global’s lines of Business
