What are my responsibilities?
1. Pooling procurement strategy design and implementation to achieve annual logistics saving target, mainly focus on commodity of seafreight and warehouse
2. Supplier sourcing and development to optimize supplier pool
3. Tendering or RFQ for Siemens divisions and operating companies in North East Asia, price negotiation, contract finalization
4. Monitor and push tender implementation status within entire Siemens North East Asia
5. Supplier performance evaluation and improvement actions
6. Coordinate with procurement and logistics head of division or OC for procurement strategy follow up
7. Trouble shooting and complaint management
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. More than 5 years work experience on logistics, especially on international seafreight and warehouse management
2. Experience on overall procurement strategy draft and implementation
3. Open mind and good communication and coordination capability
4. Skillful communication in English, especially oral
5. Be able to deal with work pressure
6. Teamwork
