JOB TITLE 职位名称: Accounts Payable Accountant 应付账款会计

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 工作职责:
- Review payment requests, and ensure the supporting documents could be acceptable by Tesco policies and PRC accounting requirements.
核对付款需求，确保所对应材料满足公司及国家的政策要求。
- Prepare payment tracker and send to headquarter.
整理付款记录并每周发往总部进行备案。
- Track the expenses request and payment status, investigate the outstanding items.
追踪付款要求及进行付款管理，调查未到帐款项情况。
- In charge for collecting all the outstanding invoices.
收集整理所有未付款项发票。
- Estimate the cash needed for the companies.
估计公司所需现金流。
- Assist other function in finance team and resolve any queries that arises
协助处理其它相关问题。

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor degree and major in Finance or Accounting
财务，会计专业本科学历
- Mid-Level Accountant Certificate
中级会计师资格认证
- More than 3 years related working experience, international company’s experience prefer
3年以上相关工作经验，外企工作经验为佳
- Oracle experience prefer; skilled MS Office
有Oracle 系统操作经验优先，能熟练操作Office软件。
- Stable, Responsible, Service-oriented, can-do attitude；Trusty, self-independent, highly initiative with good communication skill, can work under pressure
诚实，稳重，有责任感及服务精神；独立，有进取心，良好的沟通及承压能力。
