职位描述：
The Instrumental Evaluation department is a specialized team focused on objective, scientific testing of innovative products in development by L’Oreal laboratories. Testing methods are developed, validated, and adjusted as needed to keep up with the exploration of novel properties of new formulas. This team also executes research and develops knowledge of hair and skin properties, including its response to environment and treatment, across various ethnicities.
This position targets on evaluation of cosmetic product properties and instrumental evaluation method deploying and developing.
Job Responsibilities:

? Objectively assess and enhance product performance, concepts, technology in different phases of development and marketing.
? Design and perform evaluation test, summarize the finding and deliver test report associating with product concept to advice, guide product development in different phase.
? Design and conduct product efficacy claim with collaboration with different teams including formulation team, regulation team, project management team etc.
? Explore and develop understanding of Chinese skin and hair.
? Optimize existing test method to improve efficiency and accuracy
? Adjust protocols to better adapt to Chinese consumer habit and link with real life condition.
? Develop new test method in a digital way with efficient productivity to consumer perception with guidance from line manager.



Requirements:
? Bachelor or master in Physics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields with 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience
? Familiar in statistical and data analysis, Excellent interpersonal, communication (written/oral), and organizational skills
? Strong data summarizing skill, analytical thinking & problem solving attitude
? Experience with experimental lab work and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting;
? Experience with software development is highly desirable
? Knowledge of image-analysis and computational software such as MatLab, LabVIEW, C++, ImageJ, and ImagePro is a plus
? Knowledge of hair, cosmetic properties and substrate – product relationship is a plus 举报 分享
