Overview of the Role
Contribute to SAI Global China’s Client Services administration team, as the Client Services support of RAF, by ensuring that all administration duties are undertaken so that all business and client requirement are achieved.

Minimum Qualifications and Attributes:
College degree would be desirable;
Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service role;
Experience in similar role in other international certification body would be desirable;
Proven ability to manage complex projects;
Attention to detail;
Fluent English in Speaking, reading and writing;
Self-starter (can manage projects with minimum supervision);
Ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels within an organization;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Areas of Responsibility:
1. Become knowledgeable on related food safety management system certification programs’ progresses;
1) Pre-contract review
2) Contract hardcopy management
            3) Data exam in SF
            4) Audit scheduling
            5) ARG completion and SF data updated
            6) Certificate issue
            7) External database management(BRC,FSSC,ASC, MSC, etc)
            8) Billing and Invoicing
            9) Non-Compass Auditor team supports(audit pack download and upload, etc.)
2. 2nd RAF clients daily supports;
           1) Project team support
           2) Project progress row data collection
           3) Assist Account manager to visit clients to fulfil clients’ requirements
           4) Service schedule and monitoring
           5) Billing and invoicing
3. Ensure consistent service delivery across all RAF programs;
4. Liaise with technical and program manager as required for specific guidance;
5. To assist program manager/account manager to respond to external and internal audit findings and implementation of the required corrective actions.
