1.Key Areas of Duties/Responsibilities 主要职责

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations of region companies in line with best practice each month, ensure rationalisation and appropriate supporting documentation is provided.

按照集团要求，每月编制资产负债表科目明细并收集和检查相关支持文件，确保资产负债表科目的正确性和合理性。

• Prepare Balance Sheet Summary and Material Movement Summary.

分析资产负债表汇总表和资产负债表科目重大变动的原因。

• Co-ordinate with other functional teams and regional teams for the action plan of issues resolving.

与总部财务其他团队和区域财务团队沟通发现的问题并解决。

• Chasing the resolving of the issues and ensure they have been closed finally.

督促财务团队纠正发现的问题。

• Support the manager to establish standard account details(SAD) for each activity account and ensure SAD’s have been updated for any changes in the system flows or created for new accounts.

协助经理编制每个科目定义和使用方法，并确保及时更新。

2.Qualification Requirements 资格要求

• Education: Major in finance or relevant area

教育: 本科或以上财务相关专业

• Relevant working experience: 3+ related experience in accounting/audit. Big 4 experience is a plus.

相关工作经验：3年及以上财会/报表审计经验。四大审计背景可以优先考虑

• Computer and Language Skill : Can use Excel and Word skilfully, Oracle experience is preferred.

电脑和语言技巧能操作：能熟练使用Excel和 Word等办公软件, 有Oracle 或相关经验者优先

• Interpersonal/Management skills：Good communication and management skill

沟通与管理技巧：良好的沟通管理技能

• Personality: Team spirit, easy going, hardworking
