职位描述
Provide logistic support to assigned training program/projects to prepared the environment of training accord with required standard:
- Core learning logistic support (PBM, PM@SIEMENS, SP,SCM )
- Print onsite material, prepare required facilities for the program
- Print onsite material, prepare required facilities for the program
- Package all materials and send to the hotel, track
- Send back materials after course finish and organize materials
Arrange program details with hotel to make sure facilites ready in hotel
Compliance Basic Training admin. Support* Training plan in new FY
- Training application checking and training system maintenance
- Support RCO to lowed training record and make general report to RCO
Contract Tracking-Record all internal contract status on KMS/TMS
- Print out training contract
- Input contract information on KMS
- Deliver/post the contract to get signature
- Update Contract Status on KMS/TMS
- Contract Tracking
Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
- Stationary ordering & distribution
- Regularly facilities maintenance
