职位描述/ Description:
1.The Product Launch & Technical Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of the Product Launch activities, and provides Technical Supports within operations of BI China, Shanghai.
2.The Product Launch Area:
-Ensures implementation of Product Launches activities to support the development of the business in China and the mid and long term development of the site in Shanghai.
-Ensures effective and efficient management of available cross-functional resources to meet the Product Launch targets.
Contributes to the establishment of roadmap, objectives and targets within the context of the overall organizational strategy in order to meet Boehringer Ingelheim operational and corporate objectives.
3.The Technical Supports Area:
-Responsible for build BI Operation Network and external Channel to develop and enhance the technical knowledge and skills for Production Engineer and staff
-Effective and efficient management of available resources to meet the targets of Technical Supports business. Establish for all direct report individuals:
-Individual Goal Setting.
-Development Action Plan.
-Performance Evaluation (goal achievement and Leadership Competencies).
4.Taking ownership of the manufacturing and packaging process on site to ensure process capability is achieved which including Process trouble-shooting, Process Improvement, Process Robustness
5.Responsible for technical inputs are provided for Deviation investigation, CAPA, Change Control, Material development and Product Registration, etc.
6.Responsible for Technical documentations and products life cycle management, and ensure their compliances with relative requirements from Compliance, Quality, GMP and Regulations

岗位职责/Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Management of Launch Projects for the activities driven by operations of BI China, Shanghai. Coordination with M&S, Production, QC, SCM, Engineering, QA, DRA, Purchasing and Finance
2. Management of transfer activities with other manufacturing sites (internal and external network).
3. Support of Launch Readiness activities prior to the Launch Project itself:
-Assessment of the feasibility for manufacturing and/or packaging products in Shanghai for New Business Opportunities.
-Coordination of launch readiness activities for the plant (CapEx, Import Licensing for materials).
-Decision making on launches in China (process owner: M&S)
-Allocation of production activities (process owner: EP/Operations China & Indonesia).
-CSC process (process owner: Quality & EHS / Pharmaceutical Life Cycle Management).
4. Communication around Product Launches targets and results
5. Training of Plant staff on SOP for Transfer of Pharmaceutical Products (SOP 01.43) and any other SOP relevant for Product Launch activities
6. Responsible for build BI Operation Network and external Channel to develop and enhance the technical knowledge and skills for Production Engineer and staff
7. Manage direct reporters’ performance and development
8. Manage process improvement and robustness program through defining critical process parameters; implement the standardization; technical study for the manufacturing process; carry out process comparison assessment, plant fit and reviewing of processes; detailing material specifications
9. Provide technical inputs for Deviation investigation, CAPA, Change Control, Material development and Registration documents, etc.
10. Support the Concept Design of Facility/equipment, Commissioning and Validation
11. Manage and maintain product BOM and routing document, Preparation of product Launch & Transfer documents on T.O. side including PMF, SOP and so on
12. Is responsible for obeying GMP regulations/SOPs, supporting the improvement of site quality system performance and reliability, to ensure the site is in line with GMP compliance.
-Maintain department responsible SOP, to ensure them comply with regulations and BI requirement.
-Participate deviation investigation
-Perform gap analysis against regulation and OCP
-Participate GMP training
-Implement CAPA on time
-Support for preparation and involvement in internal audits and external audits
-To initiate, coordinate the CC.
13.Support to all new product related validation / qualification activities
所需的教育背景/Required Education：
1.University degree or above
2.Qualified in scientific discipline
3.Pharmaceutical Industry

Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies)
1.At least 5 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry as Pharmaceutical Process Engineering Manager, Product Launch Project Manager in Pharmaceutical Production, Production Manager.
2.Expertise in Pharmaceutical Production technologies (solid forms, oral liquid, sterile production), Process Engineering, Pharmaceutical Process Development, scale-up.
3.Experience with management of Product Launch projects and projects in general.
4.Experience of production transfers including with manufacturing sites in foreign countries (if possible also with contract manufacturers).
5.Experience of working in an international/multi-cultural environment.
6.Customer orientation.
7.Good and broad understanding of business aspects.
8.Clear understanding of all aspects of Product Launches.
9.Ability to well organize and structure his/her work.
10.Result orientation.
