职位描述：
Key Accountabilities:
- Perform inspections and approvals of finished goods;
- On site printing monitoring;
- Identify and drive quality improvement;
- Acts as the quality liaison between all departments;
- Direct contact for customers regarding quality concerns and improvements;
- Provide regular reporting and make recommendations and decisions on data;
- Track internal and external quality issues;
- Lead corrective actions to find root cause and implement elimination strategy;
- Establish, implement and maintain quality procedures;
- Helps identify areas for improvement and helps drive continuous improvement;
- Represents IP at customers’ facilities and also 3rd party vendors;
- Develops internal training materials and quality procedures;
- The job includes regular travel to Mainland China (Xiamen, Dongguan, Shenzhen, and Shanghai….etc.).

Requirement:
- Minimum 8 years’ industry and supervisory experience;
- Experience in printing (flexo and Litho) or packaging industry is a must;
- Knowledge in Display Packaging is preferred;
- Good spoken/written English;
- Strong ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts;
- Responsible, proactive, mature and able to work under pressure;
- Reliable and able to keep confidentiality;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational skills. Self motivated and hard working;
- Can work overtime if needed;
- Details oriented, attention to details;
