Enter Responsibilities/Essential Duties

1．Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements, following US GAAP financial reporting requirements

2．General responsible in the monthly financial statement close process, consolidation and inter-company eliminations, and various other monthly, quarterly and annual external and internal reporting requirements

3．Complete monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations

4．Clean up financial reporting issues by working with key individuals in HR, Accounting, AP, Procurement, IT etc. to ensure all Compensation elements as well as Purchase orders get correctly coded to the right cost string

5．Provide purchase reporting including historical trending

6．Perform variance analysis on Actual results versus Forecast, Annual Operating Plan and Prior Year as needed

7．ad hoc analysis, including, but not limited to GMV / conversation rate change, inventory and GP trends, profitability road map, promotion strategy, etc

8．Budgeting and Planning: participate in three-year planning process and annual plans; ensure future P&L’s align with company strategy and annual plans stretch the business and support company to realize everyday low cost

9．Forecast: interpret business trends and communicate with business partners to provide monthly forecast updates

10．Cross-functional finance support: own the full eCommerce P&L and provide support to marketing, pricing, financial services and other areas of the business impacted by eCommerce business

Requirements

1．Superior written and verbal communication skills,ability to use visuals (PPT and Excel) effectively

2．Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with strong business judgment, leadership skills and the ability to communicate with senior management team

3．Strong financial acumen,ability to understand core financial statements (income statement / P&L, balance sheet, cash flow); should be comfortable and confident advising senior leadership on financial implications of decisions

4．Fast learner, strong work ethic, proactive

5．Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

6．MBA preferred

7．English and Mandarin fluency
