Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Work closely with overseas client and cross function teams for project coordination

· Overall Ownership of Strategic Global Program Launch, from Development to Deployment to Production to After Sales Service in regional/local level

· Leading different functions, including Commercial, Product Development, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Services for a success program launch, including pulling the right resources, setting the right expectation, project plan, key milestones, activities tracking

· Ensure implementation of formal processes to support the product development process

· Provides management with timely reviews of project status and progress in its various programs and activities

· Making sure all deliverables required being delivered at all phases of product life cycle

· Periodically hold CFT meeting to keep tracking all technical, quality control, cost control, resource integration & allocation issues

· Timely give project management summary reports to steering committee of project relevant, such as project progress, issue tracking, resource req

· uesting, risk alert, achievement, etc.

· Risk Management, connecting with related functions to assess risk, making decision, problem solving, red flag and removing roadblocks Responsible for project team’s human resource, training and KPI

· Leading regular meeting and call with project team to make sure all activities are on track to hit high level timeline. High level summary to Steering team.

Skills/education requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above in engineering/project management

2、Hand-on experience in project management

3、With at least 5 years working experiences in project management, engineering or quality assurance field in Manufacturing Industry (Preferred in metal parts industry/ watch industry).

4、Familiar with product design, process design, quality control plan, management skills, project controls technique

5、Strong Communication skills and leading team techniques

6、Excellent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese

7、PMP qualified is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Production and Engineering team to build up programs from sample stage to mass production or end of the program
• Monitor the production schedule and status, follow up quality issue and customer complaints, and handle other program related issues
• Ensure the production status and product delivery in accordance with the schedule
• Evaluate the cost of the program by analyzing the production flow as well as calculating the production capacity and yield

Requirements

• Degree or above in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Program Management/ or others related disciplines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• At least 4 years working experience, and marketing development experience, preferred in manufacturing industry
• With project management knowledge and manufacturing exposure is a MUST, PMP holder preferred
• Some knowledge of metal product will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and well-organized
• Analytical, meticulous and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and independently
