Job description:
In charge of bank payments and checking bank statements
Make internal funds transfers to ensure bank balance to meet business requirement
Bank account management of China legal entities, including change of authority signature; open and close bank accounts etc.
Review employee expense claims such as travel expenses.
VAT invoice related task (issue invoice and send invoice to each customer)
Foreign exchange settlement and receiving/paying in foreign currencies and other foreign currency related tasks
Document and bank voucher filling
Coordinate with external auditors on bank confirmations
Ad hoc tasks

Requirements:
College or above, Accounting major;
1 year related experience required
Proficient with English
Basic skills in Word / Excel and business writing and analysis;
Hands-on experience with ERP system or other financial system.
Accounting certificate is preferable.
