职位描述：
Country Garden Asset Management is a subsidiary of Country Garden, a Fortune 500 company and top 3 developer in China. Our current AUM in China is approx. RMB 20 billion with approximately 120 employees. We are expanding overseas and our focus in 2017 is to invest in global real estate markets including SEA, Australia, Europe and America. We are inviting qualified candidates to join our offices in Shenzen or Hong Kong.

Position A: Investment Director (1 position)

Job Description:
1. Deal origination, structuring and negotiation
2. First point of contact with internal and external partners
3. Lead a team of 3 on market research, investment analysis, due diligent, presentation and reporting

Min Qualification and Compensation
1. Bachelor degree or above from good university, preferably major in accounting, finance or real estate
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin
3. Min 8 years of working experience with regional investment experience
4. Good market network in our target markets
5. Ability to be flexible and work under stress
6. HKD 700,000 to HKD1.2 million per annum with attractive bonus scheme

Position B：Investment Manager (5 positions)
Job Description：
1. Good investment analysis skill including financial modelling, market research, due diligence, presentation and reporting
2. Report to Investment Director and assist on all investment projects

Min Qualification and Compensation

1. Bachelor degree or above from good university, preferably major in accounting, finance or real estate
2. Fluent in English and Mandarin
3. Min 3 years of working experience with investment, property, accounting or corporate finance experience
4. Candidate without investment experience but with suitable experience in Big 4 accounting firms, large property agency such as JLL, CBRE, Colliers and DTZ etc are encouraged to apply
5. Ability to be flexible and work under stress
6. HKD 300,000 to 400,000 per annum with attractive bonus scheme
