Senior Project Controller – He Fei (Ref. CON-005)

Job Description:

§ Develop the project master schedule

§ Utilizing WBS method to break down master schedule.

§ Monitor detailed project schedules, utilising CPM and bar-chart methods.

§ Analysis the actual schedule progress and forecast the future tendency, issue forecast report.

§ Trace the schedule change and impact for master schedule, report possible impact.

§ Coordinate with project management team and subcontractor, prepare and update regularly progress curves and report of planning.

§ Develop and maintain a project milestone status report.

§ Execute the specific responsibilities of the scheduler as defined in the project execution plan.

§ Establish, collection and record the necessary information to adequately monitor, control, and trend the planning of a project;

§ Monitor and track the actual progress based on WBS system and requirement of project;

§ Perform the necessary planning evaluation, reporting;

§ Coordinate planning information with relevant other project team member and department.

§ Collection the necessary information to adequately monitor, control, and trend the cost of a project;

§ Monitor and track the actual quantity of work installed (bulk quantity), if the project is executed in construction phase;

§ Assist to perform the necessary cost evaluation, projection, and analysis required for proper cost control and reporting;

§ Assist leader to update and report the status of cost to date, estimated cost to complete, comparison to target estimates, cash and expenditure forecasts, contingency and escalation evaluations, and reports of major changes

Requirement:

§ Bachelor degree or above

§ 8+ years multi project working experience, at least 2 years of project control working experience in international company and at least 2 years experience for project control at site;

§ Adequate experience and technical background for planning control, familiar with the universal procedure of planning control/cost control and cooperation with other disciplines;

§ Familiar with planning control/cost control delivery list and content;

§ Familiar with prevailing software application, such as P3, MS project, MS excel.

§ Effective communication skill with fluent spoken and written English.

§ Must be capable of working in a team environment.

§ Adequate experience for coordination with other disciplines, familiar with the scope of work split with relevant disciplines.

§ 建立、收集必要的信息以监控和控制及预报项目进度发展状况;

§ 采用WBS系统监控并追踪实际的项目进度发展状况;

§ 执行必要的进度评估及报告;

§ 与项目相关团队成员及部门协调得到必要的进度信息.

§ 收集必要信息以监控、控制及预报项目成本;

§ 在施工阶段，监控和追踪现场实际的工程量;

§ 协助执行必要的成本评估、以及成本控制所需的分析并编制报告;

§ 协助团队领导更新成本状况报告、预估成本与目标成本的比较、资金流出和经费预计、突发事件及成本上调评估并汇报主要变更

要求:

§ 大学学士学历以上

§ 3年以上大型项目工作经验，至少2年外资公司项目控制经验及至少2年现场项目控制经验;

§ 适当的进度控制技术背景，熟悉多种进度控制/成本控制软件和系统;

§ 熟悉进度控制/成本控制需提交的列表和内容;

§ 熟悉P3, MS Project, MS Excel 等应用软件.

§ 能用英语进行良好沟通.

§ 必须具有团队合作精神.

§ 适当的与其他专业的沟通协作经验，熟悉各种专业的工作范围界面.
