职位描述：
Responsibilities and Duties:
This role is a key member of LSC Commercial Finance team to provide commercial analysis and support to LSC whole team
? Assist external and internal reporting of displaying business performance
- Prepare and maintain periodical commercial and management reporting on regular business;
- Report retrieving from system on TIMELY and ACCURATE basis and upload for further analysis;
- Perform ad-hoc assignments under pressure.
 
? Support commercial operating processes coordination which include
-Weekly / monthly / quarterly sales forecast
-Regional Sales Reviews
-Quarterly Commercial Reviews
-Channel and Distribution Partner Reviews
-Annual Operating Plans and Strategic Plans for the business
--Key Account Management support
--Sales Rep Performance Management
? Maintain commercial systems which includes
-Sales Data Warehouse
-CRM / SFA (salesforce.com)
? To develop right (continuously improving) processes and tools that will improve our commercial effectiveness
? To work closely with cross-functional groups including Sales, Marketing, Service to identify and execute opportunities to improve our competitiveness
 
Requirements:
The candidate must be a strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude and "hands on" attitude with strong business sense and can effectively collaborate with a number of cross-functional groups
? 1+ years of commercial / business/ Finance experience; undergraduate degree, major in Finance, Economics is preferable.
? Proficient in MS application (Excel, Word, PPT etc), familiarity with access will be a plus
? Good Chinese and English communication skill
? Team work, open minded and the highest standard of integrity..
? Self motivated with good attention to detail and work independently
