Coordinate and communicate with other departments. Translate all documents. Be responsible for the daily administrative business in Security office.

RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责:
Strictly implement the safety measures per Hilton Hotels Safety Management Policy and Guidance.
遵守希尔顿员工手册及希尔顿酒店的规章制度。
Be responsibility to connect with other department and build a good relationship with them.
与其他部门沟通与协调，建立良好的工作关系。
Liaising with members of staff in other departments and have high team spirit.
以积极的态度与酒店各部门及员工建立和谐的关系，提高团队协作精神。
Ensuring our work finishes on time.
确保在规定的时限内进行汇报和提供服务。
Be skilled at translating kinds of documents and can do the oral interpretation
翻译各种书面文件，作好口译工作。
Assist security team to have the enquiry with foreigners.
协助安全部员工对外国客人进行调查访问。
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
建立和管理办公室各项档案,熟知办公软件基本操作。
Be able to handle the daily affairs.
处理好所在办公室的行政事物和其他日常工作。
Make the attendance record.
记录考勤情况。
