Main Functions & Responsibilities：
1. Lead the execution of FXGS L&D Programs, assist to convert the business needs into learning needs, manage the program ( right from nomination, budget, partnering with LDC team for program implementation and engaging the business leaders ad speakers for the programs )
2. Maintain the program year on year, making necessary updates and proposals for program improvement based on evaluation data and customer feedback; Support launch in new markets / functions
3. FXGS training and development budget forecast and management with LDC
4. Establish e-Learning platform for FXGS Docushare and Team Leaders
5. Initiate the career path development of key position ( SDO Docushare, Team Leaders, DSC, SAC, BA, TTM, TA, ADM )
6. Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Position’s specification:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Minimum 4 years of experience as an L&D specialist or experience of being involved with training
3. Proven experience and knowledge of effective training, coaching in similar business lines
4. E-learning or Learning Management System administration experience desirable
5. Proficient in course design, program delivery and evaluation
6. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
7. Fluent in English
