能力要求：
1.大专及以上学历，机械工程或相关专业
2.3年以上非标自动化设备机械设计或相关经验，熟悉机械零件加工工艺
3.熟悉夹具设计和制造
4.优异的机械设计技术
5.熟悉并具备设计流程经验
6.具备自动化设备设计与制造的丰富知识和经验，熟悉气动、电动、液压系统，对各种装配工艺设计具有一定的经验
7.掌握AutoCAD、 Inventor、Solidworks或PRO - E设计软件工具
8.熟悉质量分析工具和系统问题解决
9.自我激励、积极进取，注意细节
10.良好的沟通技巧和团队精神
11.过去的项目管理经验需要较强的组织能力
12.懂英语者优先考虑

岗位职责：
1.负责与客户的技术交流，包括设计信息交流、产品图纸下放和其他产品设计相关文件
2.负责新产品机械设计流程，包括规划、实施、协调和监测进展情况
3.负责项目方案设计
4.负责检查和确认团队成员的设计图纸
5.参与和销售工程师一起的项目计划制定
6.负责监督参与项目的安装和调试
7.负责参与项目的相关技术文档，如介绍、运作流程、设备说明书等
8.负责项目的设计与开发，完成3D和2D图纸

Capacity requirements:
1. College degree or above, mechanical engineering or related field
2. More than 3 years of non-standard mechanical design automation equipment or experience, familiar with mechanical parts processing
3. familiar fixture design and manufacturing
4. excellent mechanical design technology
5. be familiar with and have experience in the design process
6. With automation equipment design and manufacturing knowledge and experience, are familiar with pneumatic, electric, hydraulic systems, for various assembly process design has some experience
7. mastered AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks or PRO - E software design tool
8. Familiar quality analysis tools and systems to solve problems
9. A self-motivated, proactive, attention to detail
10. Good communication skills and team spirit
11. Past experience in project management requires strong organizational skills
12. The knowledge of English is a plus
