职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for developing related project WI, PFMEA, flow chart, process card.
2. Maintain product BOM according to technical BOM in MFG system.
3. Organize the capability study and analyses; responsible for PV batch assembly.
4. Make necessary communication with R&D, purchase, logistic, maintenance, quality department to resolve some
problem.
5. Ensure relevant documents，files，drawing keeping in order;
6. Team-leader of new projects industrialization.
7. Support process improvements through UTE-Team activity.
8. Cost BOM evaluation (investment/cycle time);modify the Mgt./cost evaluation/industrialization.
9. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or engineering.
2. Minimum 3-years experiences in welding and assembly, preferable in automobile components;
3. Good PC skills including Excel, Project, Autocad etc.
4. Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must;
