JOB RESPONSIBILITY岗位职责：
Handle the coordination of follow-up actions by S & M team member or other Departments with relations to Sales.

Prepare and send out quotations or contracts to travel agents tour operators or related.

Ensure that collateral and promotion materials are on hand at all times.

Internal Communication — Departmental Briefing; Liaison with other Department; Team member Relations.

Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, team member and team members.

Issue communications regarding sales –related information.

Assist sale manager and executive to conduct hotel inspection for all walk in, meeting group and contracted clients .

Job Requirements 岗位要求：
University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学专科，良好的中英文读写能力。
Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少一年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。
Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend anlysis.
了解本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场分析能力。
Sound communication skills.
具有良好的沟通技巧。
With strong teamwork spirit

Good interpersonal skills
