Summary: the incumbent is responsible for retail loan application document and data checking and response to inquires from company account manager and dealers.

Job Responsibilities

·Performing daily job efficiently through business systems

·Reviewing the uploaded information in the system and data entry into the system, collecting and verifying application materials

·Allocating applications appropriately according to established rules and prepare related reports

·Preparing, collecting, organizing and archiving loan related documents

·Contacting dealer finance account manager and internal staff to perform daily work and address problems

·Handling inquiries from company account manager and dealers regarding the application status

Qualifications

·Bachelor degree in finance or related

·Finance experience preferred

·Strong computer skills

·Good communication skills, customer focused and detail oriented

·Quick learner, can work under pressure

·A good team member

·Basic English speaking and writing skills

任职要求：

·接听并解答经销商和内部人员的咨询

·本科毕业，金融相关专业

·有金融从业经验优先考虑

·有一定的计算机能力

·良好的沟通能力，重视客户服务，工作认真仔细

·学习能力强，能在压力下工作

·优秀的团队合作精神

·基本的英文说写技能
