1、负责北京分公司前台接待及行政后勤类相关工作;

2、与总公司、合作公司对接销售发货事宜；负责分公司资金流水及货物的进销存，每月与总公司对账；

3、完成分公司的执照年检、申领或变更；税务、社保等相关工作；

4、制作标书、配合销售人员完成投标工作；

5、公司领导布置的其他行政助理类工作。

任职资格

1、专科以上学历；

2、有较好的文笔和组织策划能力；

3、熟悉各类办公软件；

4、工作仔细认真、责任心强；

5、有较强的沟通协调能力，有良好的纪律性、团队协助作以及服务创新精神。
