Position Summary职位概述
This position is responsible for the accurate recording and processing of reservations and the maximization of room sales through pro-active selling and up-selling techniques.
准确记录与处理客人预定，通过积极主动的销售将更好的房型推荐给客人。
RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责：
To maximize room sales and revenue for the hotel. Up-selling belongs to highest priorities.
力求使酒店的收入和利润最大化，向客人推荐更好的房型是工作的首要职责。
To ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel.
对酒店服务项目及酒店所在地有深入的了解。
To maintain a high level of communication with major sources of business and advise the management of feedback where necessary.
负责秘书日常工作，包括准备函电，整理文件，收发传真，邮件等。
To advise the management of any changes or trends relating to business.
工作中需时刻饱有良好的销售态度和积极的销售意识，联络并跟进业务相关部门的工作。
To ensure all refused business is recorded with reasons for refusal.

To adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.

To adhere to pre-set availability and rate controls.
确保提供持续的高水准的服务。
To ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area.
向预定部经理汇报所有业务变更及业务变更趋势。
To maintain and update guest history and marketing database as laid down in the reservations procedures.
记录所有被拒绝业务及被拒绝原因。
To ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
确保所有信函内容均已及时更新，正确无误，并相应归档。
To ensure all the reservation input in system are accurate with sufficient back up for reviewing.

To maintain the working areas clean and tidy at all times.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability工作技能技巧要求：

Have hotel working experiences.

Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

Required Qualifications必要的资历要求：

University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
大学专科，良好的中英文读写能力。
Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
具有至少一年在国际连锁酒店的相关经验。

Preferred Qualifications 更高的资历要求：

Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend anlysis.
