职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、配合董秘负责公司信息披露事务，建立健全公司信息披露制度，编制与披露定期报告和临时报告；
2、配合董秘处理各信息披露项目的文件起草，提供信息披露策划方案.
3、维护监管部门和投资者关系，研究、实施证券投资，撰写相关分析报告、提出建议；
4、配合财务日常工作。
5、领导交办的其他事务。
任职要求：
1、法律类、金融类相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、从事相关上市公司或拟上市公司同类岗位经验者优先；
3、有较强的综合分析能力、有良好的书面及口头表达能力，语言表达能力；
4、具有良好的职业操守，正直诚信、工作细致，有高度的敬业精神和职业敏感性，具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳。
5、需有董秘资格证书。
6、职业发展方向董事会秘书。
