职位描述：
1.Improve the capacity of related welding process 改进相关焊接工艺能力
2.Provide technical service about welding line对焊接线提供响应的技术服务
3.Involved in inspecting plan/ production process / operation instruction / cycle time calculation
  工作包含检查计划/生产流程/操作指导/周期时间计算
4.Assist define the investment plan of welding equipment and workmanship & facility
  协助确定关于焊接设备及焊接工艺设备的投资计划
5.Technical training for welding line workers对焊接线工人的技术培训指导
6.Insure welding procedures meeting company’s standard（FTQ≥90%）
 确保焊接工艺流程能够达到公司标准（FTQ≥90%）
7.Welding parameters definition and optimization定义焊接参数使其最优化
8.Support online continuous improvement支持线上持续改进
9.Other works given by General Manager完成总经理交办的其他工作

Qualifications:
1.College degree or above, major in metal materials \ materials science & engineering etc.
2.5+ years’ welding working experience
3.Familiar with welding standard and thin plates welding (CO2 Welding, 0mm~2mm）；
4.Capability for welding robot programming
5.Prefer for with working in auto field, if in Exhaust is much better
